Endangered animals news for Last Chance To See by Douglas Adams, Mark Carwardine and Stephen Fry

In the late 1980s, Douglas Adams, creator of "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy", and zoologist Mark Carwardine visited endangered animals around the world, hoping it would not be their "Last Chance To See". A BBC radio series and book followed, and for 2008 Stephen Fry is filming a TV series sequel, also with Mark Carwardine.

ENDANGERED ANIMALS - Model Kits by Revell

Thanks to Another Monkey's post on the DVD release of "The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy" movie. From there, I landed on this page about a set of Revell model kits released in 1974 to make more people aware of the plight of endangered animals such as White Rhino, Mountain Gorilla and Komodo Dragons. Neat.
